TUFF BUCKET LLC performs rigorous load testing for all of its products. We employ a third-party firm to conduct proof load tests in accordance with Mil I 45208, ASTM E 4, and current ANSI B30.9 standards. The tests are conducted on machines that are regularly calibrated and traceable by the National Bureau of Standards.

Each product design is load tested to a factor of four, based upon it’s working load limit. Load test certifications available upon request.

TUFF BUCKET LLC is committed to quality and randomly selects 2% of its production output to undergo the above described third-party testing.

TUFF BUCKET LLC recommends that each of its products is inspected PRIOR to each use.  Every lifting/rigging device that is placed into service must be tested annually per OSHA recommendations.
