Each product design Tuff Bucket manufactures is rigorously load tested to a design factor of 5:1.

Tuff Bucket performs rigorous load testing for all of its products. We employ a third-party firm to conduct proof load tests in accordance with Mil I 45208, ASTM E 4, and current ANSI B30.9 standards. The tests are conducted on machines that are regularly calibrated and traceable by the National Bureau of Standards.

Tuff Bucket is committed to quality and randomly selects 2% of its production output to undergo the above described third-party testing.

Tuff Bucket takes great pride in manufacturing high quality products in the USA with true American craftsmanship. We source our raw materials from suppliers that manufacture within the USA to the greatest extent possible. To ensure ongoing quality of manufacturing, Tuff Bucket randomly selects 2% of all product manufactured to submit to a 200% load test. Our commitment to quality guarantees you will not find a higher quality or better built load-rated lifting bucket anywhere.

Tuff Bucket recommends that each of its products is inspected PRIOR to each use.  Every lifting/rigging device that is placed into service must be tested annually per OSHA recommendations.

All of our buckets are now shipping with serialized rigging tags, which provides the working load limit of the product, instructions for proper closure, and a statement regarding the hazards of use.
